Most BA courses teach theory.
Hiring managers ask to see your work.

You can watch 40 hours of video lectures and still freeze in your first stakeholder interview. BAvolta teaches through realistic scenarios and case simulations where you produce actual BA artifacts, the same deliverables you'd create on a real project.

How it works

Three layers of real practice

01
Learn through narrative, not slides
Each lesson reads like a case study, not a textbook. You’ll meet fictional companies with real problems — MedEquip’s $4.2M scheduling disaster, GreenLeaf’s 35% rework rate — and learn the BA techniques that would have prevented each failure.
02
Practice on realistic simulations
Case Lab puts you in a BA’s seat. Read stakeholder emails, identify requirements gaps, build deliverables, and receive AI-powered feedback on your work. It’s the closest thing to on-the-job experience without the job.
03
Build a portfolio that gets interviews
Walk away with 8 real artifacts: stakeholder maps, requirements documents, process models, and business cases. When a hiring manager asks ‘show me your work,’ you’ll have something to show.

RE: CRM Search Performance Issues
Week 1

I need to be direct about something. Our CRM search functionality is killing productivity. My team of 23 financial advisors spends an average of 14.2 seconds per client search. That might not sound like much, but when you are on a call with a high-value client and you cannot pull up their portfolio fast enough, we lose credibility, and sometimes we lose the client.

Last quarter alone, three advisors cited the CRM as the primary reason they could not close deals on time. We are talking about roughly $340,000 in delayed revenue.

Based on Sarah’s email, what is her primary concern: search speed, data quality, or lost revenue? How does this shape her stance toward the project?

Most BA courses are video lectures with a quiz at the end. BAvolta teaches through interactive lessons with embedded scenarios, real-world case studies, knowledge checks throughout (not just at the end), and Case Lab simulations where you produce actual BA deliverables. You learn by doing, not watching.
The curriculum is approximately 13 hours of content across 55 lessons. Most learners complete it in 4–8 weeks at 3–4 hours per week. Module 1 (free) takes about 80 minutes.
