Yes. Cancel anytime in one click from your billing portal (linked in your account), or by emailing hello@bavolta.com. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds within the 14-day money-back window are handled per our Refund Policy.
Yes. BAvolta offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions, regardless of where you are based. If BAvolta is not the right fit, contact hello@bavolta.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Outside the 14-day window, we review requests case-by-case for technical failures, duplicate charges, or material defects.
