Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all BAvolta orders. That means Paddle handles your payment, generates your tax-compliant invoice, manages currency and fraud protection, and processes refunds.
Questions about pricing.
Yes. Both monthly and annual subscriptions cancel in one click from the Paddle customer portal, or by emailing hello@bavolta.com. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds within the 14-day money-back window are handled per our Refund Policy.
Yes. BAvolta offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions, regardless of where you are based. If BAvolta is not the right fit, contact hello@bavolta.com or use the Paddle customer portal within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Outside the 14-day window, we review requests case-by-case for technical failures, duplicate charges, or material defects.
