Questions about pricing.
What does lifetime access mean?
Access to every module and Case Lab case in the course, including new ones, for as long as BAvolta runs. If we ever close it, you get at least 60 days' notice to export your portfolio, and a full refund if that announcement comes within 30 days of your purchase. The full terms are in section 4.2 of our Terms of Service.
What changes on 1 January 2027?
The price for new buyers goes up. If you have already bought, nothing changes: you are not charged again and your access stays the same.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Email hello@bavolta.com within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. No form, no reason required. The refund is issued by Paddle, our payment provider, to the payment method you paid with.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. Pay with a company card, and Paddle emails a receipt and VAT invoice right after payment. If your employer needs a quote first, email hello@bavolta.com.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel and no further charge.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, wherever you are based. Outside those 14 days, we review requests case by case for technical failures, duplicate charges or material defects. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Is there a free trial?
Module 1 is free, no card required. Finish its six lessons and you can run the Meridian case before deciding whether to buy.
