Our guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If BAvolta is not the right fit for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans.
How refunds work
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all BAvolta orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
30-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription purchase date if you have accessed fewer than 10 paid lessons (lessons beyond the free Module 1).
This policy exists because BAvolta is a practice-based learning platform. We believe 10 lessons gives you enough exposure to evaluate whether the teaching style, content quality, and learning format work for you, while protecting the integrity of the full program.

Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions follow the same 30-day, 10-lesson policy. If you request a refund within 30 days and meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund of the annual payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of your subscription period.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first month only.
How to request a refund
You have two options:
- Contact Paddle directly at paddle.net for self-service payment and refund support.
- Email us at hello@bavolta.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Please include your account email address and the reason for your request. We process refund requests within 5 business days.
Refund processing
Once approved:
- Card payments: Refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days.
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 48 hours.
The refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the purchase date and refund date.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through the Paddle customer portal (link provided in your purchase receipt)
- By emailing us at hello@bavolta.com
Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access to paid content until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions
This refund policy does not apply to:
- Free content (Module 1 is free and requires no payment)
- Promotional or gifted subscriptions (unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms)
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
