Common questions
Account and access
I did not receive my verification email. Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from hello@bavolta.com with the subject "Confirm your email." If you still cannot find it, use the "Resend" button on the verification page. If that does not work, email us and we will help.
I forgot my password. Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" We will send you a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
I want to change my email address. Email us at hello@bavolta.com from your current registered email and let us know your new address. We will update it for you.
I want to delete my account and data. Email us at hello@bavolta.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Lessons and content
A lesson is not loading or displaying correctly. Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, try a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox). If it still does not work, email us with your browser name, device type, and a screenshot if possible.
I found an error in a lesson (typo, incorrect information, broken link). Please email us with the module number, lesson number, and a description of the issue. We take content quality seriously and will fix it promptly.
How many modules are available right now? BAvolta is in early access. Module 1 and Module 2 are currently available, with additional modules being released regularly. We will notify you by email when new modules go live.
Case Lab
My Case Lab progress was not saved. Case Lab auto-saves your work. If you lost progress, it may be a connectivity issue. Make sure you have a stable internet connection while working in Case Lab. If the problem persists, email us.
I cannot access Case Lab. Case Lab unlocks after you complete Module 1. If you have completed all 6 lessons in Module 1 and still cannot access Case Lab, email us.
Payments and subscriptions
Payment processing is handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. For payment-related questions (receipts, invoices, refunds, subscription management), you can:
- Visit paddle.net for self-service payment support
- Email us at hello@bavolta.com and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf
